To worship

Break me open
Break me, while your presence is here
Loosen the joints that hold my insides
And the composure of my being, decimate
This, I say you can crack
This I will, you shatter
For I desire to pour myself [before] [on] you
I desire that my being be, before you
Emptied by your feet
I put no composure to the tapestry it creates
I put no restraints in the tapestry it creates
I [just] lay before you
And wait for your crushing power
To, like a jar, break open, me

But. . .
You choose not to break me
You choose not to open me in such a manner
For you dwell in my insides
In the abode of my heart have you taken residence
And of [all] its content, you know
I therefore lay it before you
By the humblest of me
I lay it down before you
For you have and always will, love me
